Better Care Victoria (BCV) acknowledges the need to support capability building. We offer access to IHI Open School, which includes essential training and tools in an online, educational community to help you and your team deliver excellent, safe care.

IHI Open School online courses

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), an independent, not-for-profit organisation based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a leading innovator and driver of results in health and health care improvement worldwide.

The IHI Open School offers more than 30 online courses in quality, safety, leadership, the Triple Aim, and patient-centred care, broken into 15 to 40 minute sessions consisting of narrative, video, and interactive discussion.

BCV is offering subscriptions for the online school.
