What is the leadership team coaching program?
The leadership team coaching program will instil strengths-based leadership into organisations and introduce a shared language across the organisation for understanding and discussing motivational drivers, relationships and individual strengths.
What will the program achieve?
The aim of the program is to create high-performing leadership teams within participating health services, with improved communication, inter-team working and employee engagement.

- Colac Area Health
- Wimmera Southern Mallee Health Alliance
- Alexandra District Health in partnership with Darlingford Upper Goulburn Nursing Home
- Inglewood & Districts Health Service in partnership with Wedderburn Clinic and Marong Medical Clinic
- Omeo District Health
How is it being delivered?
The program consists of a strengths-based psychometric test and a 360 feedback survey, six workshops and a team coaching session. The program will be delivered out of each participating health service and will run over two years from 2018-2020.
