Description

The Central Pharmacy project is the first step towards a common and shared electronic medication management system. The project will develop a regional clinical governance model that will improve patient safety and quality of care through a range of initiatives, including the development of common policies and procedures in the region, and increasing access to clinical pharmacy services to all 12 health services in the south west of the state. The operating model designed will aim to mitigate errors over time and will impact how adverse outcomes will be managed.
