Better Care Victoria Consumer Engagement Strategy
Better Care Victoria (BCV) is committed to improving patient outcomes and experiences by supporting innovation within Victorian health services. We believe that health innovation should be guided by a comprehensive understanding of what timely and appropriate access to high quality health care means to consumers - this requires extensive consumer engagement.
The BCV Consumer Engagement Strategy is our roadmap for involving the patient voice in our work. The strategy is designed to ensure BCV considers consumer perspectives when developing current and future priorities and activities.
