Better Care Victoria’s (BCV) Capability for innovation and improvement strategy 2017 – 20 has been finalised and is now available on the Better Care Victoria website.
The Capability for innovation and improvement strategy 2017 – 20 (the Strategy) guides the approach BCV is taking to develop capability for innovation and improvement in Victoria’s health system, to enable the delivery of better patient outcomes.
The Strategy aims to support individuals, teams and organisations across the Victorian health system to have the knowledge, skills and systems in place to drive change, meet future challenges and deliver consistently high quality care.
